Amy Gordon is the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. (I was a Senior Procurement Manager for a Footsie 100 company). She is professional, knowledgeable, personable and hardworking and takes great pride in her job. A real asset to Mini.

I asked for a hire car when booking my appointment online and was told when I got to the garage that they could not give me one so had to wait 2 hours for my service to be complete.

Great job. Great service. Friendly staff. Expensive service though and I went to pick up car when told it was ready (and it wasn't - it was still being cleaned and I had to wait 20 mins more).

Car was booked in for a service and it turned out that a service wasn't required. I had requested a tyre to be fitted and was told they don't stock them. Time is the most valuable resource I have so multiple visits is very annoying for me.
