I'm frustrated that the air-con failure was not covered by warranty.I've renewed the warranty since purchase,approximately £3000 total premium.Corrosion of components within the engine bay resulting in their failure seems unreasonable to exclude.

My vehicle was booked in at short notice on a date and time that suited my circumstances. Everything was carried out to my satisfaction and my vehicle was returned washed and hoovered .

1. I was told to pop in to get my problem resolved (rear window heater not working - they wanted to fully charge my battery) but when I popped in I was told I would need to make an appointment.2. IT problems caused unnecessary delays.
