Extremely satisfied, I was kept up to date during the whole experience and could see the care and effort which went into everything by those working, especially Amy who had been helping me during the process.

I was very disappointed with the attitude towards my complaint re my recently bought approved mini. The initial fault was fixed but I was expected to pay the full cost after only owning the vehicle for 4 months.
