Excellent experience as I had a flat battery on car the day of its MOT. Jack was so helpful, with arranging a replacement battery to be fitted, contacting me with prices & changing the time of my MOT to accommodate & just giving advice overall.

From booking my Mini in to arriving and picking up on the day your staff at Stirling were all really helpful polite and very kind.

The centre made an error with my booking time and the reception I received from staff could have been better. Also, the "pit stop" time frame was exceeded without explanation. I would still return to the dealer based on previous experience.
