All staff were very helpful and considerate. However, not necessarily their fault, I am finding my Mini's technology difficult to deal with.

After ordering my new car I was given regular updates on how long it would be until my car would be ready.It was delivered ahead of schedule. Seeing my Mini for the first time was fantastic and for it to be revealed from under a cloth was amazing!

I knew roughly of when it would be and kept informed. It was a lovely showroom to visit. Nice coffee! Jack helped us with the controls of the car as there is a lot to take in and paired up my phone for me. He made it a nice experience too! Thanks

Was especially delighted on pick up day as car was presented beautifully adding a sense of occasion to the day
