The fact that 'screen wash low' came up as we drove the car home from the garage. I realise things are a bit tight at the moment but surely when paying £35000 for a car a full screen wash tank is the least you could provide. Really 4 out of 5

They kept me informed once they had a delivery date. Always took my calls and sorted my personal licence plates for me collecting the car.

I really love the car and found the team very helpful in structuring the deal. Handover was well done. My deduction on score is due to communication between purchase and receipt of car, which i felt was initiated by me more often than the garage

I've been 2 weeks with no car, incurred in extra cost and daily logistics problems. Communication between dealer and Mini UK was poor, i was given a date (July) that was not acceptable and I was not offered an alternative/courtesy car.

Questionable experience. Assumed slow puncture in 1 tyre. Confirmed by mini Stirling. I was also informed a 2nd tyre was bald & needed replaced. I agreed however questioned who would pay as I purchased the car 28 days ago. Tyre was then deemed safe!
