Approachable, right level of friendly and interested. Sales person changed after I purchased car and it would have been better if this was explained.

The fact that 'screen wash low' came up as we drove the car home from the garage. I realise things are a bit tight at the moment but surely when paying £35000 for a car a full screen wash tank is the least you could provide. Really 4 out of 5

I really love the car and found the team very helpful in structuring the deal. Handover was well done. My deduction on score is due to communication between purchase and receipt of car, which i felt was initiated by me more often than the garage

Was never pointed out I would be charged for anything (which is actually extremely disappointing and against consumer regs). Ended up the centre decided the car is NFF (which I still don't agree with) so charged me for the privilege. I won't be back.

Discovered that the car has still a fault with light. Car having to go back in. After spending a lot of money for something to be fixed first time and it's not. I decided to go to mini to have it resolved.

Quick, efficient & polite . as always ! Only slight minor point. I have Mini ProtectX . car was washed and cleaned . but paintwork had a definite drag to it when I wiped with a cloth . water clung to it rather than it running off.

One of the back seat belt is;attached to the console can t get it free Did phone about it its right across the mirror view have attached it over the head rest meantime was told to bring it back. I life in Bo' ness my husdand is in a Care Home.Not O K

I was able to get an appointment to get the issue with my car fixed easily and promptly. All the staff at the garage were really helpful and friendly. Heather on the service desk kept me appraised of the progress at all times and was so friendly.

I've been 2 weeks with no car, incurred in extra cost and daily logistics problems. Communication between dealer and Mini UK was poor, i was given a date (July) that was not acceptable and I was not offered an alternative/courtesy car.

Questionable experience. Assumed slow puncture in 1 tyre. Confirmed by mini Stirling. I was also informed a 2nd tyre was bald & needed replaced. I agreed however questioned who would pay as I purchased the car 28 days ago. Tyre was then deemed safe!
