Took me several attempts at phoning to be able to book my car in as no one returned my call after being told they would. Couldn't offer me a courtesy car as had none available. Had to phone on several occasions to find out if my car was ready and aga
I paid 21.5k for a brand new car to find the sat nav had not been set up. I had to go back to the dealer a week later for this to be sorted. I live an hour away.
Scott made this easy from start to finish
The receptionist was able to book in car at time it suited me. Always a friendly atmosphere when entering showroom. Short video by email showed progress of service. Got a phone call to inform me of car being ready. Appreciated car wash and valet.
Everything was completed at agreed time
From my initial visit right up to the the day I picked my mini up, the customer service I received from Scott was first class. He continually kept me up to date on the progress of my mini.

Glad that during the health check a tyre that had been fitted incorrectly was picked up however the car had actually had a previous health check when MOT was done and it wasn't picked up on that occasion.
Friendly staff. Easy to deal with. A lot of the paperwork was done in advance and where possible, remotely.
Service is great, customer service manager Duncan helped us in reducing what was a very expensive electrical repair to our car which was only a few months out of warranty. Dealer has offered discount of future repairs to help with cost.

My car was a bit dirty as I'd had to drive the night before and when it was returned it had been washed and cleaned inside. Appreciate the service.

Was not pleased at all. As I got a free service when I got the car I feel the garage went looking for something to charge me for.
Even though I phoned to see if the car was ready, it wasn't and was being washed. I waited 15 minutes for it and it was still not clean. I also forgot the service folder which was to be sent. Still waiting.

Branded service centres are expensive. Once a car is out of the warranty period I would use an independent.

Normally I would rate mini really high however my car was in for a service and MOT to which I said my breaks were needing replaced. When collecting the car they said that my breaks were fine
